OK Manufacturing guarantees your satisfaction with every product we sell, or your money back.  We stand each product and will be more than happy to take care of any unsatisfactory products received.  If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with a product, they may return the product to us within 90 days of the date purchased for a refund/replacement. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Invoice order numbers are your proof of purchase, keep the invoice packaged with your shipment. All returns must be authorized in advance by an OK Manufacturing Representative. Please call 1-800-748-5480 for a return authorization number.

This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated and does not apply to products sold 'As Is'. These items carry individual warranties.
