Q: Can I remove the rope light from the playing field?

A: No.  The rope light on the playing field is glued in place.  Attempting to remove it can damage the playing field.

Q: My machine doesn't seem to be scoring points.  What's wrong?

A:  If you notice that there is more than one ball on the playing field at a time, it's likely causing problems with the scoring system.  To fix this, the switch that is located on the ball lift motor assembly needs to be adjusted so that it turns off when the ball runs by it, allowing only one ball to be in play at a time. To access this switch, remove the four spanner screws and remove the shooter surround.
